Returns & Exchanges

At The Everygirl Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
